When you troubleshoot check the LDAP options using the command  and verify the following options are set:

Use LDAP AUTHENTICATION

Use KERBEROS

Check the following files when you troubleshoot

/etc/openldap/openldap.conf
/etc/krb5.conf
/etc/krbt.keytab
